Dual Lock Adhesive

Dual Lock Adhesive is an innovative fastening system that meshes with itself and allows our grilles to adhere to windows where ordinary push pin fasteners will not work.
The material is clear and works with the following bar profiles: All Bar Profiles
Where double hung window Check Rail Clearance is an issue Dual Lock Adhesive is the answer.
Dual lock can be flush mounted or recessed into the bar for even thinner applications.
The material is adhesive backed and will adhere to wood, vinyl, and glass. The grilles can be easily removed and re-attached over and over again.

Standard Push Pin W/Grommet

The standard push pin is an injection molded clear plastic fastener with inset nail
The grommet is a clear plastic sleeve that is pressed into a hole in the surround material and acts to protect the wood from wearing out when the fastener is depressed during repeaded removal and installation. Works with the following surround profiles: D-Surround, J2-Surround, and K-Surround.

Stainless Steel Concealed Grille Clip
for use on Full Surround grilles
The concealed grille clip is a press form Stainless Steel grille fastener
The fastener's sharp point is pressed into the edge of the sash at glass level. The grille is held in by side pressue in at least 2 point on both sides of the grille surround. Works with the following surround profile: R-Surround.

General Information:
JJJ Specialty Co. has developed a system that allows easy fitting of grilles into 1/2 Round & 1/4 Round window units. The system features a solid grille hub that is slotted to accept our pattern "L" (5/8" wide x 9/16" thick) standard pine grille bar profile.
All grille bars are furnished 48" long and have a compression spring inserted in the end of the grille bar that fits into the grille hub. The spring will compress 1/2" allowing for approximately 3/8" tolerance in fitting the grilles into your windows. This system will permit one standard size grille to be easily trimmed to fit all windows up to 8' diameter (4' radius).

Installation:
Hub size: 7" x 3-1/2" x 31/32"
Bar size: 5/8" x 9/16" x 48"
To Cut Bars To Length:
- Set hub at center of bottom jamb stop against the glass.
- Measure distance from outside edge of hub to edge of glass on each radial.
- Add 1-3/4" to measurement and cut to length on end opposite spring.
- Push the spring end of the bar into the hub and the spring will compress leaving enough tension to secure the grille to the window unit.
